More Pictures from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Property layouts for the financier's personal tropical island included in the photographs.

Also included in this recent photograph disclosure appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

This visual evidence indicate he had formulated plans to transform the sprawling island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.

Marked on the plan is a channel, a waterway in the region, marked on the bottom right.

The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a legend detailing different areas of the land.

Alongside the main plan are what seem to be nine other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for marina coverings.

Additional images disclosed as part of the continuing congressional process.
